  • Pearl Lococo Coconut Flavored Vodka 750 ML (#006302, One Time, $7.99)
  • Stock Dry Vermouth 750 ML (#005320, Closeout, $3.99)
Magellan Gin disappeared before I had the chance to try it, although it always seemed overpriced since it sells for less than $25 on the west coast. It has a few fans, but to this point it hasn't gained much ground, as far as I can tell.

Tons of Nemiroff products are getting delisted, but there are still tons left. For some reason, most of their products were listed in multiple sizes, which is unusual for an SLO product.

Moved to Closeout:
  • Aalborg Akavit 750 ML (#006534, Closeout, $8.19)
  • Caol Ila Scotch Single Malt 12 Years Old 86 Proof 750 ML (#009778, Closeout, $29.69)
  • Coeur de Lion Calvados 750 ML (#006080, Closeout, $22.59)
  • Laphroaig Scotch 10 Years Old Cask Strength 111 Proof 750 ML (#009181, Closeout, $38.19)
  • Martell V. S. Cognac 375 ML (#004818, Closeout, $9.99)
  • Midori Melon Imp. Liqueur 375 ML (#009053, Closeout, $6.09)
  • Old Overholt Straight Rye 80 Proof 750 ML (#006242, Closeout, $8.89)
  • Royale Montaine Imp. Liqueur 750 ML (#006664, Closeout, $11.49)
  • Stroh 80 Rum Austrian 160 Proof 750 ML (#009875, Closeout, $17.29)
  • Weller Bourbon Antique 750 ML (#009524, Closeout, $12.79)
This week's round of close-out items is rather more disappointing than the last. Aalborg Aquavit is going away, as is Coeur de Lion Selection Calvados, which leaves us with zero aquavits and one Calvados remaining in stores. I'll miss Old Weller 107 dearly, as it's the only wheated bourbon available in PA at a reasonable price for mixing. Old Overholt and Stroh I'm less choked up about, especially since the former continues to be available by SLO from Southern.

Almost all of the items put on close-out have been marked down at crazy discounts, though, so if you like any of them, buy as much as you can find.

Relisted:
  • Charmsoju Korean Wh Liquor 375 ML (#009175, Regular, $4.19)
  • DeKuyper Pucker Cheri Beri Schnapps 750 ML (#008355, Closeout, $6.49)
  • New Amsterdam Gin 80 Proof 200 ML (#007945, One Time, $2.99)
  • O P Anderson Aquavit 750 ML (#070868, SLO, $23.99)
  • Siete Leguas Tequila Blanco 750 ML (#010818, Luxury, $42.99)
  • Tombo Shochu 48 Proof 750 ML (#010887, Luxury, $14.99)
Only a couple of the items above ever actually got delisted; the others were simply hiding--specifically, they got reclassified as "wine" during the PLCB website transition, and I just found 'em again.

New Products:
  • Burnett's Expresso Vodka 1.750 L (#500741, SLO, $21.79)
  • Cruzan Rum Guava 750 ML (#500745, SLO, $13.19)
  • Powers 12 Year Old Reserve Irish Whiskey 80 Proof 750 ML (#010916, Luxury, $34.99)
  • Rivetto Grappa di Nebbiolo 750 ML (#500742, SLO, $53.99)
  • Yokaichi Mugi Shochu 750 ML (#008822, Limit Dist, $15.99)
Powers 12-year is a longer-aged version of the John Power & Son Irish Whiskey (#005763, Regular, $21.99) that few people in this country have ever heard of, but happens to be the top-selling whiskey in Ireland. It's got some good reviews so far, so if you like Irish whiskey it might be worth checking out.
